Atco was set to host 6 out of the 10 points races for the 2023 season. Two of the events were already washed off the schedule in April but, the week before the LODRS event and the week after the Keystones were set to crown champions at years end.

Maple Grove Raceway has stepped up to host a one-day event on Sunday, October 15th, 2023 to conclude the season. This will be the weekend before the PA Dutch Classic held also at Maple Grove. We are also working on one more date to hopefully salvage this season and prepare to expand a little in 2024.

• This will be one time shot and go event

• If you come into park Saturday you must park PAST the fuel pumps and there will be a $20 fee to come in and setup for that Saturday. There is NO T&T that weekend (Fri or Sat) as once again they have a track rental for a Grudge event.

• There will be select parking areas for you to park for the weekend as we have said there is a Grudge event Fri - Sat and a car show Sunday that will take up the upper portion by the bathrooms and lower area (where TS / TD park) for the D1 races. This will be roped off so you cannot park there.

• If you are staying for the Dutch Classic the following weekend, you may leave your rigs at the track.
#1 - A storage fee of $20 will apply for the week and a form (located at base of tower) must be filled out in case of emergency.
#2 - All rigs need to be parked on the asphalt area. I will have a map once I chat with Craig to find out where sponsors need to set-up. Once you come back for the Dutch you can park wherever you want (except sponsor row & hemi row)

Thanks to Maple Grove for allowing us to host one more event to close out this season.
"salvage this season and prepare to expand a little in 2024" Can you elaborate on the expansion for 2024? ThanX

Unfortunately, with Atco closing we have to look at alternatives for 2024 and new venues. Atco hosted 2 -3 weekends for our series, so we have to look at other options for tracks. Cecil County will most definitely get a few weekends, Maple Grove we can look at a weekend but, the rental cost for a standalone weekend is a little steep for a series, we won't be doing the Stine Race next year due to low participation. We are looking at Numidia and US 13 as well as other options for tracks, we don't want to go to tracks that already have series like Leb Valley & Epping so we are weighing out places that will make it an easy tow and we will get participation.

Been getting some texts & calls about this event and all our events in general so I need to clear up a few things:

Our events are open to EVERYONE, membership is an option to join. We all know some of you between the NHRA tour have limited weekends and want to not commit to another series but, your more than welcomed to come play and test maybe a new set-up youve been working on. You just pay the gate fee then come see us at the trailer to pay the entry fee, we don't take membership out of your winnings if you win / rup. Come out have some fun, see what it's all about and get some early parking for the Dutch the following weekend.

Good Afternoon All,

Here is the answer we’ve all been waiting to hear! We will be racing on Sunday the 15th! Here is the thing, we will monitor the rain that is coming in tomorrow (Talking about an Inch throughout Sat) and how much water the track takes on during that time because it seems to change every hour. I'M GOING TO PUT THIS OUT THERE RIGHT NOW SO NOBODY IS SURPRISED BUT, THIS RACE COULD BE RUN AT 1/8 MILE. I know we hate it; I know it's not what .90 racing does but, we don't need any issues on track after a decent amount of rain and safety is my number #1 concern for you all. So, you have enough time to decide if you want to attend or stay home this weekend based on that decision. A final decision will be made on Sunday as far as the distance goes. As we all know this year has been a rough one all around between weather and Atco closing.

If you need indexes IF WE GO 1/8 Mile:
SC - 5.70
SG - 6.30
SST - 6.90

We have gone 1/8 mile back in April 2019 at .90 Atco after we had about 45 MPH winds and the D1 Race at Maple Grove in September 2020 for all those people to look back in your logs.

Gates will open at 8am Sunday - with the forecasted rain for Saturday, that event for Saturday has already been canceled by the track so gates will be closed for Saturday till Sunday morning so you will need to stack outside the gate in an orderly fashion. Also, with the forecasted rain & rain predicted for early next week unless you feel like being towed out of the field from being stuck - PLEASE TRY NOT TO PARK IN THE FIELD OR TRY TO PARK IN AN AREA THAT LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE SOFT! We know for the Dutch you probably will have to park in the field but need to give it time to dry.

Thanks all and good luck this weekend!
