Default '18 Durango to tow open trailer with

We have a 2018 Durango that is factory set up for towing. To me, the rear suspension seems twitchy compared to my other trucks with a live axle and leaf springs.I have a good hitch and 750lb. bars. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, john Kissel K242

Often it is the tires that make it feel unstable. Inflate tires to Max on sidewall.
Loan range E tires often help because of higher pressure make tire
sidewalls flex much less. My boy is in trailer business and often finds
stronger rear tires helpful for your issue.
