Advice using TH400 with clean neutral
I am considering a Coan Big Dog TH400 with clean Neutral pro tree brake and looking for racers who are currently using one to share any isssues pro/ con. Can it leave against a .400 pro tree? Currently I have a Griner aluminum pro tree trans brake in a mild TH400 behind a 468 BBC but am moving up to a 565 and will need a more substantial trans. The car itself weighs 2450# but I am concerned with how quick it can leave and the benefits (or problems) with the clean neutral setup.
Any .02 welcome. Thanks Bob |

Re: Advice using TH400 with clean neutral
Use a powerglide, turbo 400 has too much low gear.If you look around most use a glide with a few running a lenco. The glides will handle a lot of power,my friends car goes 6.50@209 with a glide.
