Default Thanks Bandito

I just wanted to thank Tony ( bandito) and Rob Becker for offering to help me saturday as I had engine problems. Truly CLASSracers.

Jimmy its not a problem. You know we would have thrashed and changed the motor no problem. I live for that stuff. A saturday night thrash on your car would have made my weekend that much better. Hopefully the damage wasnt that bad.

Yea, thrashing on a saturday night woulda been fun but I am getting to old for that. The head gasket blew between cyls 4 and 6. The head has to be repaired. Have to call AFR soon.

Give Chuck Nagy a call at Weldare. He might be able to tig it up for you. Then drop the head off at a local machine shop for a quick surface and done. Thats the cool thing about alloy heads....easy to fix. It probably doesnt have to go back to AFR.
