Old SS Racer reliving his youth, maybe win a little money
I started out in the muscle car era of the late 60's and enjoyed some success with my '69 'Cuda in the pure stock ranks. Eventually after a almost 20 year hiatus, joined the SS ranks in 1988 with a SS/NA '66 Chevy, graduating to a '88 Olds GT/MA car in 2005.
I sold the Olds 2 years ago. I then acquired my '69 'Cuda back, 1st owner and 8th owner. The story is listed in the Nostalgic SS/S page. For the heck of it, I have entered the 'Cuda in the new Champion King of the Road contest. It is for street driven cars, which the 'Cuda is. My entry info is short and to the point, I doubt there will be may original owners with a '69 anything enter, especially one that got away and was able to get back! Check out the site. #5457 Curt Rees

Re: Old SS Racer reliving his youth, maybe win a little mone
Curt,
You are not THAT old....well...you can at least show up in Brainerd this weekend for some easy pickens off of some "youngsters" such as myself. You must have heard about treachery and old age vs youth and skill !! Hope to see you at BIR or somewhere this year. Where exactly is your mopar story you are describing in your post? Take care. Doug,
Champion King of the Road contest. Just follow the instructions and then check the entry list. I have moved up in the views. I posted in the S/SS Nostalgia thread about the car in early 2014. Paul Ceasrine started a post about the little A body terrors. No racing this year other then a pass or 2 in the 'Cuda. In the process of taking over long time Motorola 2 way radio business. That is going to keep me very busy. In my 35th year and it looks like there is going to be quite a few more. #5457 Curt Rees
