Default Qlispé Raceway Park in Spokane

Qlispé Raceway Park in Spokane got their new scoreboards installed 2 weeks ago. The schedule calls for their new timing system to be installed in early March. Link to scoreboard photos: https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid...95.-2207520000.

We are working with 2 tracks to get our last 2 race dates finalized for 2023. We will post the schedule as soon as we know.

I saw on their facebook page that they got the rest of the timing and scoring equipment in last week. It will be nice to have racing in the area again.

Spokane has been racing for a few months now. We went on July 8, 2023 for the big $5,000 foot brake race (no electronics and no 2 steps). The entire staff is new so they are all learning their jobs and getting better with each race weekend.

The timing system is now complete and working well with printed time slips. A couple of massive oildowns slowed the program while we were there but they got it cleaned up and did a thorough track prep as part of the process. Looking forward to going back some time soon.

Jim,

I am in the process of getting the gate entry fees for all 3 track this week. Spokane, Yakima, and Woodburn all have a track tech check which is mostly belts, helmets, battery hold downs or any glaring visible issues.

Yakima and Woodburn both use thefoat.com for online "waiver of liability" but you can simply sign those at the gate if you wish. At Spokane you must sign at the gate.

I will post an event flier for Spokane in the next few days once I have all the info. I will also post a flier for Yakima and Woodburn later.
