Anyone have a shift finger for Jerico?
If anyone is headed to Hagerstown tomorrow and has one I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

Can you be a little more specific? I'm not familiar with 'finger'.

Ok, I personally do not have that piece. I do have a friend who may. I will check in the morning. I don't remember ever having broken one of those pieces.

Re: Anyone have a shift finger for Jerico?
I broke the same 3-4 shift finger again yesterday during second round. After this happened at the end of last year we ordered a couple and replaced them, this one only lasted 30 runs this year. Anyone else having this problem?

Re: Anyone have a shift finger for Jerico?
I have not broken that, but have had a few friends that have. I wonder. Maybe check with Scott at Jerico and see if the heat treat or a engineering change ever took place.
They have a bunch of stress on them, especially those that use the taller shift handle and a lot of clutch.

Re: Anyone have a shift finger for Jerico?
Only racers I've ever seen break them were using shifters without stops or the stops not correctly set. Have a freind with 4 speed jerico with hundreds of runs never broke it.

Re: Anyone have a shift finger for Jerico?
I seem to remember a thread some months ago about a batch that were more prone to breakage. Scott at Jerico is the one to talk with. Also be sure that the shifter stops are carefully adjusted to lessen force on the finger and the fork.
