Why? Not sure what you're trying to do, or why you want to reinvent the wheel.
Pumps do not like to "pull" a liquid, they much prefer to "push" it. The higher the demand, the great degree of difficulty and the higher the expense involved in make a pump that "pulls" work. Adding the G force of acceleration to that only makes things worse. There is a good reason 99% of all faster Stock and Super Stock cars run a rear mounted electric fuel pump such as a MagnaFuel or Aeromotive, at or behind the cell.
