Default Best solution for fogged up visor/glasses

What tricks have you guys used to help prevent fogging of the visor/glasses. I have to wear glasses, otherwise I can't see…haha. During the day it's usually fine, but if I have to make any late afternoon, early evening passes it seems like I have a lot of trouble keeping the fog down. So much to the point of having to make a run with the visor up and my glasses off. Which isn't safe as I can't see anything, and I run methanol so I would rather have the visor down to save my eyes in case of a fire. I wear a head sock that covers my mouth and that seemed to help a bit, but not enough.

Any info would be appreciated.
