Well if they do I sure hope no one shows up with hand controls to race it. I went the weekend of the MCR race (don't run stock no more but wanted to watch). The wife and I bought our tech cards and went through tech. I went to ask Glenn a question and the moment he seen me in the chair he started screaming that I and no one like me will go down his track And that he wanted me gone. To get a full refund on the way out. Zero discussion nothing. I couldn't even hang around to watch.
Just thought I would let you know what a supportive track they are. Me and that car have raced at Thunder Valley Dragway off and on since 1994 and as recently as the fall of 2023 with no issues. Last edited by novassdude; 06-24-2025 at 07:48 PM. |

Yeah, that?s awesome to hear! Thunder Valley was always a solid track back in the day. If they?ve rejoined NHRA, I wouldn?t be surprised if a National Open is on the table in a year or two, especially if they get good turnout at the divisional events this season. Worth keeping an eye on their schedule for 2026.
