Opinions on entry fee and purse

What do you believe is a fair entry fee and what would be a fair purse to run for at a local stock/superstock combo race within a 2 hr. drive from home ? Just curious as to what some folks consider. -

Not over $75.00 with 100% pay back to semis and no buy-backs
