I like the offset upper shafts to get a better range of adjustment for caster and camber. I like to see zero camber at race height, going down the track, with a lot of caster so the car wants to go straight and keep going straight, with minimal rolling resistance. If you can get plenty of caster, you can run as close to possible to actual zero toe, without wandering.

The extended upper ball joints help to correct the camber curve, so that the amount of camber change during front end travel is reduced.
