Carter 3636S

950 CFM 3 barrel built specifically for 421SD Pontiac

Holley had 3 versions of the 3 barrel.

First were for NASCAR Hemi with LeMans bowls like a Ford GT-350 289 715 cfm or a 427 FE 780 cfm single 4.
That carb on a cross ram bath tub style mag intake was the only "real" single carb Hemi in 1965.
950 CFM

Then came aftermarket 950 4150 cathedral bowl and a year later a 1050 version with big holes in the choke plate.
