Yes, the same Joe Smith who drove the Fenner-Tubbs 65' A-990 Plymouth.

I did not know that they also had a factory B029 '68 Hemi Barracuda as well...I always seen their '65 Plymouth A990 that was later converted into a A/FX altered wheel base car in many old photos.
