Larry, there are a few websites for the H-body GM cars (Vega, Monze, etc.) Here's one of them:

Check out the links on the above site or do a search online and you should be able to find some leads on where to get what you need.

Also try Dave's Vega Village . Search on line. Everything Vega, Monza, star fire, Astre, Sunbird, etc.

I have a 72 with stock spindles, aje tubular control arms, and qa1 coil overs. There were no small uppers available at the time except from rare parts. These were new copies of the factory parts.

The lower ball joints are still available new. Summit sells them. The uppers are somewhat tough to find but there are some new listed on ebay.
