Default Way to go Sox!

I know this has nothing to do with drag racing, but many of the All-Star guys are Sox fans and I'm sure they are as thrilled as I am over their World Series win. My view on the playoffs was that the fans' expectations for the season were more than met by how well they did during the regular season. I wanted them to win the Series not for us, but for themselves, the coaches, and the front office. They are such an unselfish bunch of players and I'll never forget how they hung that Sox shirt with Boston Strong and the number 617 in the dugout on that first game after the Marathon bombing on the road in Cleveland or what they did that Saturday in April after coming back home the Cleveland road trip. It was so touching to see the parade stop at the finish line of the Marathon on Boylston St yesterday with the players placing the World Series trophy and two Boston Strong Sox shirts (road grey and home white). and the the people then sing "God Bless America."

And to all the Yankee fans who are members of the ASRA, I know your team will be back. And Adam, your Tigers just hired themselves someone whom I think will be a great manager.

The Mirza house is thrilled!!! The playoffs were great right from the first series with TB. The late games definitely slowed production in all of New England. Who would have thought, world champions after last year and they did it at Fenway, just could get any better.

Cool Re: Way to go Sox!

As my much as it pains me to say ,,,,,,, the Red Sox had one heck of a season and deserve to be World Champs ! They showed what Team was all about and they never gave up. Enjoy your championship ! Also the tribute to the best reliever of all time the great one Mariano Rivera was a class act !

Marc-if this were Facebook, I'd hit the like button on your comment, especially the part about Team. And thanks for advertising on 105.5 FM-I listened to a number of Sox games on that station on my trips to and from CT this year.
