What do you think Tom? Will it make it out to the Mission divisional race? Just curious.

I won't make Mission 2014. The chassis will be ready.....hood scoop is still a year wait {unless someone has a steel scoop for sale}. I really haven't started on the Hemi engine combo other than a few pieces here and there. I've kind of got my hands full with freshening my Hi-Riser 427, LT1 SS engine.

I wanted to come up with a old school kind of name for this car. You might need a little back ground to understand why I did this...... I own and operate a gravel crushing and supply company, basically I'm a rock salesman! My first race car was a '67 Nova with a 468 BBC I had a big rat swinging a sledge hammer busting rocks that rolled down the side saying "On The Rocks". Well this car will have a Hemi so I had the same airbrush artist that did my Nova 26 years ago paint a Elephant swinging the sledge. I hope more love it than hate it. I think its cool!

Cool Re: 1964 Dodge 330 "Race Hemi"

Here are a couple of progress photo's. 1st one is the Racepak Smartwire installation, all I have to say about this product is "WOW" this is fantastic! This is the cleanest, easiest way to wire a race car. I mounted it in the glove box so it was easy to access without crawling between the seats, shifter and reaching up under the dash. once the glove box is closed you don't see any wires. I had it all hooked up and programed but it didn't work, I called the tech line, a guy logged into my 'putor, wireless and within 5 min he showed me my mistake. Fixed it and explained my error without making me feel like a total computer illiterate fool.
2nd is the steel hood-scoop that I got from Denny, thanks.
I have received new carpet and front & rear glass rubbers so glass will go back in end of this week.
I'm trying to find new sill plates so if anyone has a line on some please let me know!
