I don't know Rich, but when I went from an in-line set up to a #1 Stop set up, I lost 2 to 3 mph.. probably caused by my combination not liking the carb lifted almost 2 inches off the manifold, and all the stuff hanging out below the venturis.. I have also been told that while on the dyno, some guys have found a 12 to 15 hp drop once adding the under the carb style stop..

I often thought about trying the in-line deal again, but my stuff has been pretty consistent lately....
