The whole idea of this assoc. was to promote class racing. The rule is right but most of you were there any ways. If you go by the rule maybe cars will not come back. This would be three times in a 4 week period for me.I don't care just one more thing that is taking the fun out of allstar racing its getting to be a mini nhra

I was wrong in believing your information about the rules, take a minute and look at the ASRA policies on OUR website
3.) If a race is rained out and the first pair of cars has completed the first round, the ladder is considered locked. There is to be no changing of class and/or car from what was originally entered. When the race is continued, we revert back to the original ladder. nothing about just completing time trials. According to George Mirza the round was never started. |

I stopped at a friends shop on the way home and asked why they all went to Atco they all said the same thing Dave Ley's races are more fun and you can run for full money without being a member. Most racers don't care about running for points because they can't or don't care to make all the races. From what I have learned ASRA is the only group that makes you join to run for full money. I really think ASRA is too hardcore in how they approach this, DON'T GET ME WRONG I love racing ASRA but I think they are driving racers away and will not grow and will lose members. The racers I was talking to were former members,Take this for what it's worth. Lee.

So is the ladder set for the 10th or will new entries be allowed?

ASRA rules differ from NHRA rules, George is correct, |

Very nice post Lee Valentine I agree with your statements I feel the same way and your friends are no doubt having more fun at Dave Ley's group, but the ASRA could do it the same way , but I do not see that ever happing, to many closed minds, but thanks for your post I enjoyed it Elroy Dame
