OSW Night of Fire S/SS Combo Is On Again! Nov. 21st

It's official! The Night Of Fire race at Orlando Speed World on November 21 & 22, 2015 will be a DOUBLE SSSSA Points Race! Last year Ozzy put up at great payout and has agreed to do the same this year due to the fantastic turn out and interest we showed. Lets see if we can do even better this year. The combo of the OSW's large payout, double points, Racers BBQ and a great show should be a big attraction to SSSSA racers. Bring the family and join the show!

The S/SS combo race at the Night of Fire is on the 21st & 22nd of November 2015. Entry fee will be $75 car and driver. Crew is $30. Payout will be $1000 to win, $600 RU and paying back 8 places. (See link to flyer). All Southern Stock/Super Stock Association rules and regulations apply. Scales will be open and used at this race for cars with minimum weights. First round will be by number draw pairing at drivers meeting with the bye (if needed) decided by the draw. Front to rear line up in staging lanes and lane choice decided by a coin flip between paired cars. Second round will be laddered as by NHRA/IHRA rules.This race is open to all legal NHRA, IHRA and NMCA and NSS cars. Remember this will be a double points race and you must be an SSSSA member. You may join in tech if you are not currently a member ($20/yr.). For more info, see the posts on the SSSSA Forum. There will be two qualifying runs on Saturday at 3pm & 7pm and one on Sunday morning with eliminations following. Racers BBQ Saturday evening at 5pm.

Also, first round runner ups in the S/SS combo will be allowed to buy back into the Pro E.T. race second round.

This race has expanded to a two day race! Saturday will be qualifying, racer BBQ and the Night of Fire show. Sunday will have one qualifier followed by eliminations. See the notes for more info in the SSSSA forum.

Was just told this morning that race is going to be Saturday (today) only now due to weather? Not sure if that is just bracket race or what?? Guess decision was made late last night.
