Default Re: Inline Throttle Stop

Working with an inline stop a .90 car has to deal with two accelerator pump shots. One at the hit and another when the car comes off the stop. An undercarb stop only has the pump shot at the hit. The dynamics of all this is easily seen on the RacePak O2 graph.

Makes sense to me. Perhaps I should invest in a O2 sensor fir my data logger. To better understand the A/F ratio on the stop.

Thumbs up Re: Inline Throttle Stop

I have O2 sensors and EGT's in all 8 tubes. Make a hit and come back to the trailer and hook up the data logger. It's a pretty quick way to see if or when the motor is going lean or is too rich.

Once you get the air/fuel mixture right you should be able to Shake & Bake!
