The Stinnett Stop is only for a Dominator, right? Or do they make one for a 4150?

Yes the Stinnett stop is a large bore Dominator only .
No 4150 flange units......You can gain some performance with any conventional stop by using a merge under it . Most Super Class engines like more plenum volume any way ,as long as you have the scoop clearance.
When the top of the carb is too close to the scoop ,performance can fall off pretty dramatically.
