2005 Car Limit Rule
We had EFIV6 work hard to get the Engine Specs to run Pure Stock.
There was a lot of work but damn he managed to do the impossible. Problem with Pure Stock are the Cam Rules and ability to measure the cam. So this maybe a dual topic .. But need everyone support and build up this issue to urge IHRA to increase the 2005 car limit. Any ideas ...lets talk D |

Re: 2005 Car Limit Rule
I wonder how the 2005 cutoff was determined ?
Did the twin cam variable timing start in 2006 in GM products ?

Re: 2005 Car Limit Rule
Alan,
That a good question gm had twin cam in some 4 cyl. Application senses the late 90s that i can remember. As far as cam specs. What are they looking for????? The cams are measured the same as any other cam. Tony K. |
