![]() As you may or may not know, TriCare is for retirees and dependents. Spouses of active duty military fall under TriCare or TriCare Prime. I was paying $565.20 per year when I was on Prime. I am now using regular TriCare, at no cost, as my secondary insurance and in place of Part B Medicare, I am using my wife's union Blue Cross/Blue Shield as my primary.
