For a more dependable lifter go with a .904 lifter bigger body, axle and with the .810 wheel less revolutions around the lobe.

What ever lifter you buy measure every lifter and check each lifter bore for the proper clearance.

.0014 to .002 is what I shoot for and has been working for me so far. Its really not a Chevy lifter its more of a AMC lifter.

He is a good video to watch as there is no standard on sizing between roller lifter companies
