The tire Rich mentioned , the Goodyear Endurance , is the best choice available anymore for 15" tires .
Price is pretty reasonable too. No mater what tire you put on be sure to replace the rubber stems with truck style bolt in all metal stems . ....old trailer tires do fail, but many fairly new trailer tires fail due to pressure loss caused by rubber snap in stems.

Daughter and son in law just bought 4 of the new usa made goodyear 15" tires and wheels. I just looked at them today, they look great, we will see what time shows, but seems they are getting good reviews so far. They got the best deal from discount tire.
That is probably your best choice in the 15" diameter
