1320/117.5 = 11.23 So you are not getting the power you are making to the ground. Either your suspension is not working or your clutch.

More to the clutch than tight and loose.

There are other things at play here that would account for a tenth or two reduction in e.t. we're not getting, she drives the car a certain way that isn't the fastest but it's her way and we're satisfied with it. None of which are making the car run like crap in high gear.
