I bought in Cornville (think Sedona) but it was a 1031 exchange so it will be 2 years a rental before I can live in it---this will be the longest two years of my life, California is paradise ruined nowadays! Good luck on your search and relocation Phillip

I'm looking to leave Calif also, anyone want some horse property in SoCal?
so what do you AZ guys think of Payson?
My brother lives in Scottsdale but that too hot for my wife.

I enjoy the town and rodeo and country bars. Any racetrack is far away. Closest is Wild Horse Pass. Maybe 110 miles 1 way with mountains.
