I am not a Christian but if prayer gives you hope than do it. My Dad was German and was not afraid of hard work and community service. He had a saying in German that has guided me in life, Wenn der Ochse im Graben liegt, ziehen Sie ihn heraus. Translation: If the ox is in the ditch, pull it out. You don't walk away from what needs to be done. I donate a lot of time helping Veterans and will continue because it needs to be done,

Without a doubt the German population is the most intelligent and most highly educated on this planet and they have always educated their youth right through college.
