Just curious which one of you cheaters either moved up your top ring land, excessively lightened your pistons, fudged on your valve reliefs, OR numbered your own pistons ???? Somebody did something for the latest NHRA clarification ….LOL. !!!!

MJ its just make sure your rear tire is 9 inch wide class now you should know this anything goes anymore

Nothing new here. This was a "thing" back in the 80's too.
It's a difficult rule to enforce, as it means NHRA have to devote more (qualified) tech resources to enforcing these rules, which costs them more, and complicates race logistics. I don't think they're prepared to do that for Stock Eliminator as we're a small part of the overall show.

Interesting Rule clarification by NHRA.
It would be recommended that NHRA have some time frame that the approved piston part # is updated by the piston manufacture. When you contact them, some can not identify the piston part number that's on the approved list. |
