I assume that the texts coming in later are "missed" texts from race day?

I would guess the prediction texts are sent through a similar system that NHRA uses to send updates during events. Those types of messages (through the internet and not phone-to-phone) are sometimes held up by phone companies as potential spam.

If I recall you have to call Don Higgins at CCP and he will set you up.
Of course there is a cost for this.

Call Don and he can get you set up. it works through an e mail system. You do have to have your computer connected to the internet with a hot spot for it to work. It does work good. Updates about every 5 minutes or so.
