Damn. When a Sean Connery character called cancer "the f'ng plague of the 20th century" he wasn't wrong, and it's even worse in the 21st century. Even when you've "beat" it, you're constantly wondering if it's sneaking up behind, or lurking around the next corner. RIP Tom, and condolences to the family and friends.

Had the pleasure of meeting and racing Tom at the Vegas divisional in March of last year. A true gentleman. Gosh, many leaving us far too soon.
