It was a new converter that may have had the tolerance stack line up the wrong way. It happens sometimes.
Like a big crank, to the plus side of the tolerance, a housing bore to the tight side of tolerance and a bearing shell that is on the small side resulting in an unacceptable clearance problem.

I am trying to correct a few perceived future problems.

Yesterday after supper the house A/C died. We slept in a house that was 83 to 84 degrees. We just got it running. The start capacitor died. Installed a new one and has lowered the temperature one degree in 90 minutes. Heat index is close to 115*

Back after it today. Good start to the day I found my scale notes. When I started we weighed the car with me in it with all my stuff on and recorded all the numbers at each wheel. I then started adding weights in the seat and floor to mimic me in the seat and duplicate the scale weights. That comes a little later we still have ton of wires to connect.

Connecting the wires is easy, it is supporting them and keeping them off of the headers is the challenging part. We are getting there making brackets and such.

My hands and lower arms looks like I have been fighting with cats and losing. Hope to be at BG next week to race and test.

Are you still running FS or did you convert Dumbo to regular stock class?

FS/D I am way to deep in to it to change now but I have the 6.1 DP that came with the car and a replacement 09 street engine and a 15 6.4 street engine just in case.

I had to get more tie raps and band aids. I am about to believe that no matter how many times you route and re route sensor wires it is never what you are satisfied with.
I am hopeful that I can get the car on the scales this weekend.

Dumbo is obviously not a joy to work on.

Part of the problem is me and my size.
