I don't have my Cobalt anymore, but curious as to what car you got the smaller brakes from?
When I put my car together I ordered a 13" rim to test fit and it didn't work out, however the light weight 15" rims I eventually went with were the same bolt pattern for a late 90's Honda Civic.
