I've been running that tach for about 5 years now so I might be able to help. What's your question?

I was told you can either use magnets or a collar for the driveshaft sensor. What do you use and how do you mount the collar? Thanks. Ed

If you have a 9" Ford, Mark Williams has a neat kit that bolts to the rearend. Works great !

It comes with the earth magnets that you can JB weld to the u-joint caps. I've learned that the only problem is if you bust a u-joint their gone. I use a 2 piece collar that clamps around the pinion yoke. If memory servers me right I bought it from Strange. Hope that helps.

Call Steve at Jerry Bickel Race Cars.

They sell the collar and "L" bracket to mount the sensor, etc.

8000 rpm and JB Weld is scarey...........
