Yep...The glitz and glitter of Glendale was not really my style.
I feel more at home with the common folk in P.V

Jim, if you had just showed me the house I might have believed it but Mark would never own those cars. He's got better taste than that.

Jim
From what I heard, NHRA is going to block Mark purchasing this as it is a flagrant use of funds (as they see it). reed |

Re: Yacavone's New Home!
Yeah ,there was too many "foreign" cars there for me..I pushed that old ratty convertible out back to make room for a 62 Super Duty Catalina.

Re: Yacavone's New Home!
Hey Mark, I used to have a 62 Catalina.............I raced it and won more trophies
than an car I had....P/SA I painted the side of it "Limp Indian" and Farmer Dismuke would not let me run at the US Nationals.......go figure. I'll find a pix and post it. Besides that, if you moved to PV.....good for you. I hope you enjoy it. Personally, Donna and I bought a home outside Wittmann, 7 miles on Patton road. It is an acreage, no noise, no one screws with us....just the way I like it. Mark, come on out some time....send me a pm...you are welcomed.

Re: Yacavone's New Home!
Couldn't be Mark's he would have sold the Cuda and Vex whatever for some Mickey Thompson Catalinas or a couple of dozen of Pontiac Trans Am and Firebirds and the garage would be square to install wall shelving to double up the space.Claude

Re: Yacavone's New Home!
If Obama sees this, he may levy a 'too many muscle cars owned' tax.
