Rules Meeting 2 pm

The annual rules meeting will be held at 2pm on Saturday Feb. 2 at the Hotel Northampton.
We have an open spot on the Board of Directors, this position is for 1 year only to fill the spot vacated by Gary Parker who stepped down to deal with a family issue.
We also have 2 board members up for re-election for their 3 year terms.
We are going to hold 2 elections, one for the 1 year spot and another for the 3 year spots.
You must be a 2012 member or associate member or a PAID 2013 member or associate member. Same member rules go to vote in this election.

We already have 2 very good candiates considering this position, it could be a very interesting election. If your interested jump right in, all you need is somebody to nominate you at the meeting.

Stop by, grab a schedule, vote and most of all say hello.

I think the way i should have put it is. If we have people interested in running for the board why don't we have one election, with all interested parties on a ballot. The people with the most votes get the three spots, the three year terms go to the two with the most amount of votes and the one year term goes to the third place person. Why not simplify it and make it One Election instead of two.
