Maybe they should take some away from Super Gas and Super Comp and do away with Alcohol Funny Car. Got my vote.

There's a lot of precedents for them increasing quotas given what current counts look like. Suggest dropping a note to your SRAC rep or NHRA's Josh Peterson.

BTW, anybody else think its insane for such a track to hold only two events all year? It is a pity, what a great facility.

*Tremendous* overhead. We'd even checked into it as we're always looking to improve our events, but the track rental was astronomical. I'd also be concerned about running an event with a staff that only operates on a limited basis.

Makes a nice tax write-off, I guess. I agree, it's a shame to have it just sit there.

Probably better for me that it's full. Slammed with work, trying to make sure all of our Ducks are in a row for the Class Nats, and no time to work on the car. Guess the Indy LODRS will be my first event.

Stock and super stock quotas have been both raised to 80 for Charlotte as of today.
