spark plug gap
Recommended plug gap for MSD 7-AL3 with Autolite racing plugs in 307 Olds stocker.

We run .035. on AR plugs
More does not seen to help and just puts more strain on the the rest of ignition system in my opinion.

I have that box on a 302 Ford. At .050 it was hard to start. Improved a lot at .035. Autolite plugs, too.

.015" difference in spark gap makes a negligible difference in spark output as observed on an Oscilloscope.
