129 hp is kinda high for a 134 ci 4 cylinder.

So i take it you don't like that combo. It is what i have and thought it would be kind of different. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks Ron

There was a guy from Ms that ran one of them.I think he worked at Comp?
Richard?
That's probably why it's in the book.

Rule No. 1 ,
Don't build a Stocker just because you have the vehicle. Build the best one for the class you want to run.

For example , my Mustang is only rated one more hp, is 140 ci, and has a turbocharger.
It can't run W though, where the S10 can .Still don't think it's the best W combination.

For your trans question, a turbo 200 3 speed, as light duty as you can make it.

You would have to have an idea of where the peak torque and hp is before you can gear it correctly.

Thanks for your input. It is greatly appreciated. I thought it might be a more affordable way to get into stock eliminator racing. Thanks Ron

At least you could take a nap on the way to the finish line.
