The first iteration of Kent's 302 was in that car and ran 11.19@121 in 1982. Kent bought it in 1985 and he did much better with it than I did. |
I was at that race! My partner and I, with Ray Allen driving, set the H/S record that weekend. Sept. 1970 Atco. I don't recall anything about Tony Pizzi though from the race.
I do recall Don Nicholson set the Pro Stock record at 9.60 and he got on the scales directly in front of us.
