The first photo of the white '69 Camaro was the car that our father Harvey Emmons Jr. purchased in 1983 from Jeff Taylor and our brother Speedy won his first national event in Stock eliminator at the '84 Cajun Nationals against Mike Cotton. In 1985 the car was destroyed in a garage fire along with our father's 1969 Nova that ran SS/JA. I am getting some of the photos together that I will post in the next couple of days showing before and after the fire. It was a loss that still bothers us to this day when we think about it.
