Are you sure you are looking for a 3105 replacement carb? I think that part number was only on a '60-'61 engine.

Edelbrock makes a legal replacement AFB for 1962 thru 1972 Carter AFBs.

The Edelbrock Part Numbers are 1405 and 1406.
