I think that part number was only on a '60-'61 engine. 1960 - 61 361" ENG 2969S, 2970S, 3105S, 3106S, 3140S CARTER AFB Edelbrock makes a legal replacement AFB for 1962 thru 1972 Carter AFBs. The Edelbrock Part Numbers are 1405 and 1406.
