Gump talk about cars that should have been in Super Stock you have a few of them. Lets hear about your engine spec's and what you use for a rear and trany. How about the suspension. Don't get me wrong I like the new cars in Stock but anyone that uses the excuse that adding roller lifters is gong to make the older cars more like a Super Stocker is a joke with what is being run in Stock today. It's really just going to put the lifters more inline with a lot of the other combo's that are running Stock. But that is not why this needs to be looked at. The good lifters that will last in today's competitive class Stockers for the older car are not Available.

If they were made legal I wouldn't use them until I hurt my motor so I felt I had no choice. But we have racers that have raced a long time sitting on the sidelines waiting for lifters that may not ever be available.

NHRA has a list of superseded parts because of the (Availability). If you can't get a lifter that will last in your combo I believe this is as good as any case that they have allowed other parts in.
