He has not broke any rules, if you don't like what he says don't read or respond, its that simple. Do you really want me to be another Facebook, YouTube, and the old Twitter. Do want me to be become like those institutions of political correctness. Is that what you really want... well that will not happen here. If I loose members and traffic, so be it.

If your are not happy with my response, you need to move on. No point in being here if you are unhappy. Its kind of sad to see this type post. What your really are doing is canceling me because a member is rude or you don't like how he says things. Are we that sensitive that we can't handle another opinion when we don't like it. Plenty of members go right back at him, none of them are telling me to remove him.

If you don't break the rules, you don't get band. That's my final say on this topic.

"By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate any laws."

Seems like the problem is that you have a very different view of the meaning of hateful as a lot of us do. Yes, it's your site and your rules but over the years I've seen quite a few sites close down due to forgetting that they need people who find them useful and enjoyable - and not annoying for no good reason.

Disagreement is fine (and sometimes necessary) but requires backing up your opinion with facts - and unproven personal anecdotes don't count. Here, it's simply personal attacks when the opinion is challenged.

Look at the likes in the various messages. They come from people who contribute a lot of knowledge and are reliable sources. I salute you for what you've done until this. From the days of CIS Go Racing, the Prodigy site, and many others I've seen many fade out and tank when the posters who provided great content leave. I think you may be a bit too focused on the censorship and PC things (knowing you didn't ask for my opinion) which don't really apply here. So no laws are being broken here even with the various court cases which have modifed the original language, but the usefullness of this site has been crippled. I don't expect a reply, but from your message and the "love it or leave it" statement, I remember well how that turned out in the past.
