I changed to them after Topeka, and love them. Yes to the timing belts or chains, also electric water pumps are OK. Filled blocks are OK. I see some pretty fancy oil pans, although I don't have one. Any 'Glide, T350, T400 as far as I know. If you can have a 4 link, you can probably have lift bars. I would find the phone number for my division tech director if I were you. I think they are in Nat'l Dragster.
