NHRA allows fuel cells in stockers, very plainly understood. I'm a little fuzzy on the IHRA rules. The rulebook plainly states "OEM gas tank is used", last line says "see General Regulations". These explain how to mount a cell in a metal box? I know some of you race in both organizations.
