I`m having a hard time getting in touch with tech/ sales at Strange.

Tracy is no longer with the Co.

Tracy was my go to as well. Hope she is doing well wherever she went. I recently talked to a fellow named Tucker at 4726 who seemed to be on the ball and was very helpful with a small issue I had recently.

Received an email from UPS, that Strange had shipped the rest of my order. I had asked for a "headsup" from the salesperson about the progress of my order, but I wasn`t informed. The invoice, which was emailed after the shipping notice, showed that It didn`t include everything I had asked for.

I ordered a 35 spline spool and axle package from Strange on Jan.18, Tucker said that the shorter axle was out of stock and it would be a while, I called today to check status and after some checking he told me they would not get axle in till the 20th of this month. He said they have had high turnover issues, plus low inventory, and apologized for the delay, all I said was it's good it's not the middle of racing season.
