Lindsay Bests Owens In SSSSA All Stocker Final
41 cars made first round at the SSSSA 2012 opener at Orlando Speed World on Saturday. David Linsay defeated Charlie Owens in an all Stocker final. Lindsay's fuel injected Mustang Cobra stick car gave the handicap to Owens' "Wee Six" V6 two barrel Camaro and quickly made up the difference to take the win. Thanks to all the NMCA cars who came to race with us, we are glad to have you! Thanks also to Randy Weisinger and his crew for providing us with a great track surface and racing facility.
I would like to thank Dave Lindsay and Carl Weisinger for donating part of their winnings to the SSSSA that will help to fund a racer BBQ at the next race in Bradenton Memorial Day weekend. If you Stock and Super Stock guys and gals want to have fun the way it was in the old days, then come race with us! Jim Wahl, Southern Stock, Super Stock Association.

Don could not make the race due to his wife Pat's condition. He said he would do his best to make the next race at Orlando in November. Jim
